Al\u00e9m disso, um l\u00edder eficaz promove engajamento, desenvolve o potencial da equipe e a confian\u00e7a atrav\u00e9s da vis\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica e intelig\u00eancia emocional. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Ao longo do tempo, surgiram algumas teorias baseadas no comportamento das pessoas e estudos desenvolvidos dentro das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/admecomportamentos.com\/index.php\/2025\/07\/09\/o-comportamento-organizacional\/\">https:\/\/admecomportamentos.com\/index.php\/2025\/07\/09\/o-comportamento-organizacional\/<\/a><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong> Teoria dos Tra\u00e7os<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Sobretudo, a Teoria dos Tra\u00e7os defende que os l\u00edderes possuem caracter\u00edsticas pessoais espec\u00edficas como a autoconfian\u00e7a, determina\u00e7\u00e3o, intelig\u00eancia emocional e outras. Os primeiros estudos dessa teoria buscaram identificar um \u201cperfil ideal\u201d de l\u00edder.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong> Teorias Comportamentais<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Ainda assim, as Teorias Comportamentais tem foco no comportamento do l\u00edder, e n\u00e3o somente em seus tra\u00e7os. Logo, destacam-se dois eixos principais: Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o para tarefas e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o para pessoas.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong> Teorias Contingenciais<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Nas Teorias Contingenciais n\u00e3o existe um \u00fanico estilo ideal e o resultado final depende da situa\u00e7\u00e3o, do n\u00edvel de maturidade da equipe e do contexto organizacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong> Lideran\u00e7a Transformacional<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Por outro lado, o conceito desenvolvido por James MacGregor Burns e posteriormente aprofundado por Bernard M. Bass. enfatiza o l\u00edder transformacional que inspira vis\u00e3o de futuro, estimula inova\u00e7\u00e3o, desenvolve seguidores e provoca mudan\u00e7a organizacional. Al\u00e9m disso, est\u00e1 evidentemente associada a empresas inovadoras e ambientes de mudan\u00e7a.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Estilos de Lideran\u00e7a<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Algumas compet\u00eancias s\u00e3o essenciais em um l\u00edder e a intelig\u00eancia emocional \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria para uma comunica\u00e7\u00e3o eficaz. A <strong>lideran\u00e7a autocr\u00e1tica<\/strong> tem controle r\u00edgido, baixa participa\u00e7\u00e3o da equipe e decis\u00f5es centralizadas.
